Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not cover shipping expense when you return to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Order change/cancellations
All orders can only be changed/cancelled within 12 hours from when the order is placed. This includes shipping address, quantity and variant changes. We process orders quickly so we cannot guarantee after 12 hours your changes can be processed and the order will be shipped to you and charged accordingly.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable as well as if you ship the item(s) back.
Exchange products will be shipped once the return is received *Examined all the products need to be return as received in the same condition not used and the same packaging box, we do not pay for return costs, either you pay or we will deduct them from your return refund* and depending on where you live it may take time for the item(s) to reach you. Each location may vary in time delivery.
If you are shipping an item that exceeds $75, you may want to use a tracking system, we cannot guarantee you any receipt.
